Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026. This policy explains what Rafaygen collects, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account information — email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up (via email/password or Google).
• Workspace data — conversations, settings, and creations you choose to save while signed in.
• Usage metadata — basic request routing logs on our servers (model routing, error diagnostics). We do not sell this data.

Guest sessions

If you use Rafaygen without an account, messages stay in your browser session only. We do not persist guest conversations on our servers beyond what is required to process each request.

How we use your data

• To provide AI responses and sync your workspace across devices when signed in.
• To secure your account and prevent abuse.
• To improve reliability and fix errors.

Third-party services

Rafaygen uses Firebase (Google) for authentication and cloud storage, and Groq for AI inference. Messages are sent to Groq to generate responses. See their respective privacy policies for processor details.

Your choices

• Delete conversations from within the app at any time.
• Delete your account by contacting us — we will remove associated Firebase data.
• Use guest mode if you prefer not to create an account (limited free messages).
