Service

Rafaygen provides an AI-powered workspace for chat, research, coding assistance, and creative tools. The service is provided "as is" and may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Free tier includes limited guest messages; registered accounts receive expanded access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Rafaygen for illegal activity, harassment, or generating harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or reverse-engineer our systems.
• Upload malware or content you do not have rights to share.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without verification.

AI output

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying important information, especially for web research, code, and factual claims. Rafaygen is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you input. You grant Rafaygen a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the service. Rafaygen branding, UI, and software remain our property.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
